The Temple Theatre has free parking lots with dedicated disabled parking spaces. However, we recommend persons with trouble walking arrive early to find parking near the entrances.
The Temple Theatre has a dedicated loading zone directly in front of the main entrance. Whether you're bringing a bus, a small shuttle, or simply wish to drop off your family close to the door, this no parking zone is available to load and unload passengers.
Please note, that the loading zone is marked with diagonal lines, and is a "No Parking" zone at all times. Also, all of the marked parking spaces on the downtown streets are limited to two hour parking until 7pm. What does that mean? As long as you park after 5pm, you will NOT receive a parking ticket.
The entire lower section of the theatre can easily be reached by patrons using walkers, canes, or wheelchairs.
Limited wheelchair and companion seating is available in the lower section of the theatre. Please call us at 919-774-4155 if we may assist you with reserving accessible seating.
Dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities are welcome at all Temple Theatre performances. If possible, please let us know at the time of booking so that we may ensure both you and your canine are seated comfortably.
All of the restrooms at the Temple are handicap accessible. Additionally, there is a family restroom available upon request. For access to the facility, simply inform one of our ushers or staff members.
For patrons with hearing loss, Temple Theatre provides Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) with inductive-coil attachments. These are available, free of charge at our Will Call desk prior to the performance. Simply notify the Box Office manager.
For our deaf patrons, we offer American Sign Language Interpreters. Because of the logistics involved, we ask you that you give us ate least three weeks notice. If you require an ASL interpreter, please notify the Box Office Manager Temple Theatre at 919-774-4155.
